Cultural, Wellness, and Community Activities for All Ages
Seeds of Tibet’s Community & Cultural Programs are designed to engage all members of the community, from children and youth to seniors and families. These programs aim to preserve Tibetan culture, promote social connection, and support the well-being of community members through a variety of activities, celebrations, and service opportunities.
Senior & Community Activities
Social gatherings, games, cultural outings, and celebrations for special events and holidays foster connection and engagement among community members.
Cultural Preservation & Performing Arts
Weekly Gor Shay (Tibetan circle dance) and community performances in music, dance, and traditional arts help preserve and share Tibetan culture.
Volunteer & Community Service
Opportunities for all ages to participate in food drives, service projects, and other initiatives encourage civic responsibility and strengthen community bonds.
Field Trips & Cultural Experiences
Trips to cultural and educational sites in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut provide hands-on learning, broaden knowledge, and expose participants to Tibetan and other cultures.
