Seeds of Tibet symbolizes the resilience of Tibetan diaspora communities since the exodus of 1959. Starting as a small group twelve years ago, it has evolved into a thriving community center in East Rutherford, New Jersey, dedicated to preserving Tibetan culture and His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s teachings. With over 80 children and members from diverse backgrounds, Seeds of Tibet fosters a deep sense of communal dedication to compassion, altruism, and inner peace. As the community continues to grow, its impact extends beyond its borders, serving as a beacon of hope and understanding for a more harmonious global community
